How to Order ♥♥

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions applied.

Pick your favorite item(s).

Step 1. 
Fill up the Order Form at the bottom of this blog.

Step 2.
After we have received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24 hrs.

Step 3.
After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our CIMB account within 2 days. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4.
To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money. Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.

** Once payment is made, items will be sent out within 7 working days, based on availability of the items **

Terms & Conditions ♥♥

 

1.       First come first serve basis. 

2.      Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED. (Backout buyer ialah orang yang order, then diam terus tanpa berita).

3.      It's ok to change your mind however. If you do not want to purchase the particular item,   please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.

4.      Buying is at your own risk.

5.      Items are 100% in new and great condition.

6.      Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

7.      Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.

8.     We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Sarawak costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g , Sabah/Labuan costs RM8 for first 500g and and RM3 for next 250g and to Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.

9.       Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

10.   Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
